Protecting children and their rights
UNICEF promotes, advocates for and supports children’s rights in all situations, through appropriate means, including in emergencies, post-conflict and natural disaster transition and, through global advocacy, in industrialised countries.
UNICEF Ireland advocates for the protection of children and the promotion of their rights.
We work to promote the rights of all children living in Ireland, regardless of race, religion or nationality. We speak out on behalf of children, especially in cases of gross violations of their rights.
