Syria: UNICEF Ireland Infographic

UNICEF has launched an urgent appeal to support its emergency efforts reaching Syrian children and their families living in crisis.

Despite an upsurge in fighting recently UNICEF alongside its partners are continuing to deliver essential aid to children and families in Syria.

UNICEF is delivering life saving essential supplies and medical items to thousands of families sheltering in schools across Damascus. The refugee crisis continues to get worse in neighbouring Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq. UNICEF and partners are providing assistance to these families including health, nutrition, education and water supplies.
