Children in Somalia are facing a crisis as the threat of famine looms.
Ongoing drought in Somalia has left 6.2 million people in need of humanitarian assistance. Entire villages have lost their crops and livestock and thousands of people have been forced to leave their homes in search of food and water.
Without adequate food children are at risk of starvation. Right now, 363,000 children under the age of five are severely malnourished.
Severe water shortages are placing children at risk of deadly waterborne diseases like cholera. As the situation deteriorates millions of lives are at risk. UNICEF is on the ground treating children suffering from severe malnutrition and providing clean water and food for families at risk.
Please donate today and help provide lifesaving supplies to children facing famine in Somalia.
