A terrified young girl hugs her 10-year-old sister – you can help children like them across the region now.
More children will die without help – please send support now
Over 1,000 children have been killed in just a few weeks of war in the Middle East, and the number rises every day. Children have died in their homes, their classrooms, and the places where they should have been safest. Those who survive are left terrified and traumatised, many with injuries that will require long-term care.
Yet hospitals across the region have been damaged or destroyed. Medical supplies are running out. Food and safe water are scarce. In Lebanon alone, more than 200,000 children have been forced from their homes.
In Gaza and the West Bank, families feel the world’s attention fading. After years of conflict, hunger and disease, many now face this latest wave of violence feeling forgotten. Children huddle in fragile tents, frightened by the increasing sounds of war and unsure of what tomorrow will bring.
But with your help, UNICEF can continue to support them. We have hundreds of staff in Gaza and across the Middle East. Our teams are delivering healthcare, safe water, shelter and life-saving nutrition to children now. The crisis gets worse every day – but your support can help protect the children who need it most now. Please, send your help before it’s too late.

Children are paying the highest price – you can help them today
The war in the Middle East is escalating rapidly, and it is having a devastating impact on children. They are facing unrelenting bombardment and the places they rely on to survive – hospitals, schools, and vital water systems – are being reduced to rubble.
But thanks to supporters like you, UNICEF is on the ground now providing essential care. UNICEF staff are rushing mobile healthcare to more than 4,000 people each month in Gaza. Our teams in Lebanon have provided 11,200 families with safe water and hygiene services. And across the region UNICEF is providing nutritional support to millions of hungry children.
This work is only possible because of people like you.
While the headlines focus on the politics of war, the suffering of children is too often overlooked. But compassionate supporters like you refuse to look away. You make sure these children are not forgotten.
With your support, UNICEF can keep reaching children with life-saving care, food, clean water, and protection – even as the crisis deepens.
But the need is urgent, and every moment matters.
